Looking for associate (Druppelaar) for an ambitious international project

Dag alemaal,
I am looking for an associate for an ambitious international project based on Drupal (actually on v.7).

The project consists of a creation of a "suite" of community websites for small but very specific communities that can bring those communities from local/national level to the international (and multilingual) level.

The project is very complex and, in my humble opinion, very ambitious.

The main idea, the project structure and the business model are ready. Now, at the phase of "realization" I realize it's almost impossible to be done by one person.

I started to create it with Drupal 7 but I see it's too complex for my experience with Drupal.

That's why I am looking for an English/French speaking Drupalist in Belgium. I am Czech (speaking English, French, with a basic knowledge of Dutch) business analyst (and also VB.NET programer) living and working in Brussel.

I must specify, that I am looking for an associate (long time cooperation, partial ownership of the future company,...) that can bring the necessary know-how, not for an "external" Drupal freelancer...

The project uses, amongs other, these modules:
- the usual ones (Panels, Views, ...)
- multilingual tools - i18n, ll0n
- Organic Groups
- PrivateMsg
- also an appropriate module for: advanced forum, image galleris, content evaluation,
advertising management, seo, traffic analysis...
